Select these parameters to compute the intensity of the green component within the objects on color images.
The intensity of pixels can optionally be scaled by using the Intensity calibration . In this case all the intensity of green will be measured in the calibrated engineering units.
GreenAvrg returns the average green component of pixels within the object:

GreenSD returns the standard deviation of the green component within the object:
In the Field Measurements the parameters are calculated for the whole phase rather than for separate objects.
For grayscale images both parameters are equivalent to GrayAvrg and GraySD
