Ellipse Tool

Toolbar:   drawellipse
Script:   drawEllipse, setPencil, setBrush

Use this tool to draw filled ellipses or circles. When you click the Ellipse Tool button and move the cursor over an image frame, the cursor will take shape of a cross with a circle. Position the center of the cross where you want a corner of the imaginary rectangle enclosing the ellipse to be, press the left mouse button and drag the cursor in any direction to draw the desired ellipse. As you draw with the Ellipse Tool, ImageWarp displays the coordinates of the starting corner and the current corner of the imaginary rectangle enclosing an ellipse (see Status Bar
for more details). If you want to constrain the shape to a circle, hold down the CTRL key while dragging the cursor. When you draw with the Ellipse Tool, the current draw color and fill color is applied to the outline and the inside of the ellipse respectively. You can select the width of the outline on the Palette Bar and watch the changes in the pen width sample. There on the Palette Bar you can also set the intensity of the fill color by moving the Brush intensity slider. If you double-click the pen width sample or on brush tip sample, the Tool Settings dialog box will appear. To select the width of the outline, indicate the desired value in pixels in the Width box. To set the intensity of the fill color, move the Intensity slider or indicate the desired value in per cent. To "dilute" or to "thicken" the fill paint, decrease or increase the value respectively.
