Menu:   File > Print Preview…  

Use this command to see how the active data table or chart will be printed. If the active document is an image frame, this command is unavailable. If you choose this command, ImageWarp will switch into print preview mode.

Print
 
Lets you print the active data table. If you press the Print button, the Print Data box will appear.  

Next Page
 
Press this button to see the next page of the active data table. If the active page is the only or last one, the Next Page button appears dimmed.  

Prev Page
 
Press this button to see the previous page of the active data table. If the active page is the only or first one, the Prev Page button appears dimmed.  

Two Page
 
Press this button to see two pages of the active data table on the screen. If the active data table has only one page, the Two Page button appears dimmed.  

Zoom In
 
Lets you magnify a page in print preview for easier reading. To zoom in, press the Zoom In button or click the document with the mouse pointer in the form of a magnifying glass. To zoom in more, repeat this action. After it, the Zoom In button appears dimmed, and the magnifying glass turns into a regular mouse pointer which means that no more zooming in is possible. Note that magnifying a page does not affect the printing size.  

Zoom Out
 
Lets you shrink a magnified page in print preview. If a page was not magnified, the Zoom Out button appears dimmed. To zoom out a document which was magnified once, press the Zoom Out button. To zoom out a document which was magnified twice, repeat this action or click the document with the mouse pointer. Using the mouse pointer will immediately return the document to its initial print preview whole-page size. After it, the Zoom Out button appears dimmed, and the mouse turns back into a magnifying glass which means that no more zooming out is possible.  

Close
 
Exits the print preview mode.
