Print Setup

Menu:   File > Print Setup…  

Use this command to adjust the settings of the current printer. If you choose this command, the Print Setup dialog box will appear with the following options:

Printer
 
Shows information on the active printer (Status, Type and Comment) and the port it is connected to (Where).  
 
To select another printer, click the arrow next to the Name box and browse through the list of the printers installed in your system.  
To change the settings of the printer, press the Properties button.  

Note – The options of dialog box that will appear after you press the Properties button depend on the software supplied with the printer. To find out any additional information, contact the printer manufacturer or vendor.  

Paper
 
Lets you choose the paper size and source.  
 
To select the paper size, click the arrow next to the Size box and browse through the list of the paper sizes supported by your printer.  
To select the the printer tray from which you want to print the document, click the arrow next to the Source box and browse through the list of the feed options available on your current printer.  

Orientation
 
Lets you choose the way the document is positioned on the printed page.  
 
To have the document printed so that the short edge of the paper is the top of the page, click Portrait.  
To have the document printed so that the long edge of the paper is the top of the page, click Landscape.  

OK
 
Closes the dialog box an applies the settings.  

Cancel
 
Closes the dialog box without performing any action.
